I'm guessing there is a set of seriously DEEP rims on the way and a lot of arch gap to be closed to make this "stance"??? as it looks like a csl rep to me at the moment? I don't understand why all the hate at the start of the thread came from!

Nice looking car OP, do as you wish, it's your car smile

The CSL wheels really are being outdone by the bodywork now, but obviously you aren't going to go for for something lovely and split now we're in winter.

Something that just kisses the arch with just enough stretch to not rub would look perfect. Love the colour too.

Can't wait to see this at shows.

Car looks good, looks very well finished in a stunning shade. Red wheels will be just the ticket.

Thanks guys!
The CSL's are going red on wednesday.

A couple of people now have said that the wheels are outdone by the bodywork and I totally agree.
I will be treating it to a set of nice splits in the summer.
Right now its going to be a job on its own keeping the bodywork clean from grit, snow, ice etc lol

If it's in your budget, get your hands on some staggered CCW Classics, they would look phenomenal on your car!

I have been looking at them.
There are a lot of reps about.

They are a lot of money for genuine and I still cant decide if I should drop to 18"

Other than that some schnitzer splits would work but again... Would need to be 18"

If you do go with reps, the Japan Racing JR10's are available in the UK and don't cost so much.

How about Image wheels? Forged splits in basically whatever size you want, they do lots of styles that would look damn cool on the E46.

By all accounts from what I have heard image wheels although forged are not very tough!
They do some wicked designs though!

All the hate came from idiots who heard the word stance and went mad without actually listening to the OP's plans despite him explaining it many times.
