...this thread just won't die (at least not while I'm still here to poke it).

Yes it's a Flying Scotsman cuckoo clock,

biggrin I assumed it was a Viz thing and just read the description for a giggle. It is only when I read your post that I realised it was real and noticed there was a web link.

How could you doubt me? hehe
It is the only Flying Scotsman clock with sound and movement. How could you resist biggrin.

Even better than that:
"On the hour, a Stationmaster emerges announcing the train’s arrival"

I see the original WHOCT has unfortunately been closed, so this seems an appropriate substitute....

Spotted in a real Swarovski shop today, I present to you the Caped Superheroes of Chav Tat! I'm speechless.....

My mother-in-law buys all this rubbish, her house is a shrine to the world of tat.

Still, it makes buying Christmas presents easy.

My own parents buy tat. House full of it. I hope my brother likes it for when “that” day comes.

Mooching round Harrods recently there is an inordinate amount of very expensive tat in the crystal department. Like the horses in the original post, but by Baccarat so about £10k.

It does but she buys us stuff. Luckily she has a poor memory so we just take it all to the charity shop, I sometimes wonder if she buys it again and we complete the circle.

Two things surprise me.

1; I could have sworn this thread is from a much earlier date than 2013. I was thinking this thread started around 2008 originally?

2; It ran to a lot more pages than 3?

What’s happened to the rest of this thread then?

This thread is for the Wingless Horse...

You are thinking of the Wing'd Horse of Chavtat.

The clues are in the thread, if you read it

In my defence, it was late at night just before I went to bed. I only read the first few posts. smile
