Favourite Arnie Film

Predator, one of the few films I'll happily re-watch every time it's on.

I did like Commando, but also Predator due to the extreme testosterone and baby oil everywhere, but apart from the minigun, the weaponry was a bit weedy, ..like 9mm MP5's, really??

Such a tough question, its like asking which is your favourite child.

I'm votoing T2, becuase it's the fitest Arnie film I actually saw at the cinema. Just remember thinking this is the greatest move ever made as I watched it, it was seriously ahead of its time for effects etc and such a great story line.

It does. The Terminator is recognised as one of the best and iconic/landmark sci-fi films out there, critics like it. Arnie shines in Predator, and it is executed flawlessly, it won't age, thanks to it's setting and it's top notch editing and effects. Top of the range prosthetics age much much more slowly than computer stuff, and a great editor can make it never age.

Probably Terminator 2 for me. Saw it at the cinema with my mate when it first came out and we were both gobsmacked. Still stands the test of time for me and is, I think, in my top 5 films.

Predator just pips Terminator for me.
Although people always mock, you do realise, looking back, how well the guy was able to make a film. Although not "a great actor" he was very, very good at what he did, and few others have come close.
Anyway, it's all boolsheet, allofeet.

Terminator for me. It's a great film.

But commando is great for a laugh and i do like last action hero as well.
