I think it was a glitched one, stayed in the same place on the map regardless of where I was pointing so a quick reset and it seems to be sorted. A colleague and I are struggling with the codes for the 500 coins. Following the links that we sent doesn't seem to do anything aside from open the app?

Being a somewhat cynical person, I'm not entirely convinced a lot of the other 'snatchers' are genuine. I was somewhat dubious of the snatcher at Level 1 with 11 XP yet had 3000 collected boxes, 2000 snatched and 800 lost, how do they only have 11XP?I don't understand why people can't just keep their own boxes instead of continually nicking mine when there are loads of spares in the area.

Some of the usernames seemed rather specific as well, so I googled them with zero results. People are creatures of habit and often use the same usernames, when I did the same with Pokemon Go you'd get Twitter, Instagram, Facebook accounts, etc.

The same player followed me from work to home somehow to steal my boxes, at that point I realised it was a con and deleted it.

also on the bot thing, I work out of town and will go all day without seeing anyone else here. if they had bots I'd expect to see a few here too?
