Silverstone was only available for a really short time on the E46 M3...IIRC Silverstone was available for less than a year and then they later brought out a Silverstone II special edition. Can’t quite remember ! All I know if when I ordered mine which I collected in June 2002 it wasn’t available....and I was gutted. I did like my Carbon Black one though.

Funny people saying Laguna Seca as it was discontinued after a year....my BMW dealer actually had two demonstrators...one in Phoenix Yellow and one in Laguna Seca...another dealer had turned down the Laguna Seca demo so they took it.

15 years have got to my brain then ! Sold mine in 2004....what a great car.

I suppose the thing about LSB was that along with Phoenix Yellow they were unique to that car. Carbon Black was supposed to be an M colour and then got released across the range !

LSB and Phoenix were available in the ZM Coupe S54 series...

Phoenix Yellow was available across the Z4 range, not just the Ms. Although it is still a great colour.

For me it would have to be Techno Violet on an M3 - just stunning!

I went Alpine white with mine before I put the livery on it. Always thought it looked superb in the white, I think the E46 really suits it. Otherwise it'd have to be Laguna Seca Blue for me.

I also own an Imola Red E46 M3, of which I am a big fan.
