Coming from a supposed factory team as well it doesn't give much confidence for the amount of cash they have available from the mother ship...

I seem to be in the minority but my first thought when I saw the Alpha Tauri was 'wow thats boring, did the people who designed the livery know what an F1 car looks like because that looks heavy handed and unsympathetic'.

Alpha Tauri looks awesome! Toro/Tauri have had the best livery for some time now IMO though...

One thing that the Alpha Tauri livery has done is put the logo over the whole side of the car. The sidepods are blended in that much now that it's a fairly flat surface from airbox to floor.

Wasn't there a team that actually picked up sponsorship because of that a few years back? Minardi springs to mind.
