I unexpectedly found The Vicar of Dibley absolutely hilarious when watching it the other day - I thought it was ok the first time around but watching it again and it’s much ruder and funnier than I remembered.
We watched them in the first lockdown and loved them. Very funny and as you say ruder than I remember. I've just 'Lockdown binged' all 30 episodes of Peaky Blinders.
Really enjoyed it. Watched it solo with no interruptions for spicy language, family intrigues or gratituitous sex scenes and now can't wait for the next series due next year. Couldn't agree with a separate thread on here suggesting it was so-so.
Fabulous atmosphere, the buildings, canals and interiors and a reasonable plot although the end was left wanting. Some great cars too, especially Tommy Shelby's pre-war Bentley.

3 pages in and no mention of The Professionals. The greatest late 70s nostalgia binge available.
.Possibly my favourite tv show of all time, the greatest story about the love between two heterosexual men ever told. I also loved Robin of Sherwood, which was my favourite childhood show, once I'd grown out of Roobarb and Bagpuss. Bought the dvds of Robin of Sherwood recently, still stands up very well against modern stuff, especially The Swords of Wayland.
Casablanca is the greatest film of all time in my humble.
Ice Cold was on a cpl of weeks ago and I made sure I set the record timer. Great film.
I caught the Blackadder run, Blackadder as the executioner. Still has me almost crying with laughter.
And of course the season is now upon us, perfect for three of the greatest films of all time: Miracle on 34th Street, It’s a Wonderful Life and Die Hard.

Another Christmas film I love is "Meet Me in St Louis". My wife and I used to love watching it together. Sadly, as she is no longer with us, I can't really say I want to watch it anymore - but I recommend it to anyone who likes genuinely warm and fuzzy movies over the Christmas period.
