It's brain out TV entertainment.

I like it, don't even find Drew that annoying. Maybe there is something wrong with me?
Me too, he just has opinions, right or wrong and TV generally likes characters with opinions to provide a spark.

Snooker finished early on Quest this afternoon and they showed the MGTD and Williams Clio episode... Not really into the MG, but the Clio was OK.. I like the Paul and Drew chemistry - seems to work well and I enjoy it.

They must know some good media relation bods. If you search for "salvage hunter classic cars DS21" you get returns from the Express, the Scotsman, Car and Classic, and London News today at the top of Google.

It isn't exactly 'auction fever' being a timed auction so it must be those who want a car 'that's been on the TV' , but was cheaper last month!

Correct the S1 had solid rear buttresses the S2 were glass inserts.
This is the first of this series I've watched made a change from "old out yer and". Wife watched the making of the seat cloth and re trimming.
The sign writing was interesting too.

Hadn't realised, when I saw Salvage Hunters I assumed like a scrapyard challenge thing.
Does anybody remember the name of the company that made the seat fabric for the Monte carlo? I want get in touch with them for some Ford fabric.

I got in touch with them about some fabric, got a very prompt reply and they had been quite busy with emails as it was the day after the programme had been broadcast. Seemed very helpful, if it wasn't for the price I'd have jumped at it straight away, but for now I have to think about it.

I was watching the MGA episode yesterday and amongst the credits was mechanic Paul Brackley. I am assuming this is the same Paul Brackley who used to help Edd China on Wheeler Dealers?

I've not read it but I'm aware of him being banned from all the pubs in Conwy for goading the husband of the woman he had an affair with in to punching him then suing for assault.
I enjoy his programmes and his knowledge but I can't warm to the snidey weasel.
