Tonight (152 including me):

Right, this was a mild panic as I was on a video call for a lesson whilst it reset. So I managed to quickly activate the tickets, but couldn't screenshot them until the end - by which time the site had logged out and I lost the (easy) way to screenshot.

Here is proof I have the tickets:

I've just paid, completely forgot it was Tuesday. Any chance of still being included?

If not no worries.

£184m for the jackpot but miss it by 1 number and get 4 and 2 stars and it’s only £892! Wow! You’d be pleased you’d just won £892 but pretty annoyed to find out how close you were to £184m!

This happened to me a few years back. Got 4+2 with the last number being 25, I had 27.... not really relevant. I got something like £2.4k which was absolutely lovely ....but then when I’d put £2 on and had beaten odds of 517,000 to 1, it underlined what a poor purchase tickets really are.

The jackpot that day was £27M.

Note, odds and cost are from memory but this was probably 8-10 years ago. I still play occasionally.

Ah well, it was nice to dream for a while.

An interesting 'close' distribution of numbers - 3, 25, 27, 28, 29 with Lucky Stars 4 and 9. Six people outside the UK got all the main number and just one Lucky Star. Close but no cigar!

I know there is an equal probability of any number being drawn relative to the rest per ball picked, but I would never choose such a bunched selection, maybe I should in future.

They do say that there is an increased likelihood of it being won or shared when all the numbers are <= 31, as many people choose birth dates as their regular numbers.

I hope whoever wins this enjoys it immensely and opts for no publicity, lest the Daily Wail will be stalking them forevermore.

Heh. Numbers I invariably choose are 21, 22 & 26 (birthdays) - in the twenties but still bugger all. grumpy

May as well use those winning numbers next week.

You'll have exactly the same (bugger all) chance of winning.

£184 million is enough to send the winner literally mental.

Have they made the fatal mistake of going public yet?

And now the traffic in the classifieds has shrunk massively, as all the syndicate dreamers have had reality bite.

Onwards and upwards to the next one. (Whenever that may be)
