Was it an obscure AIDS reference? I missed the point then, and I've still not got a clue what it meant...
Mind, our school was it was fairly well advanced in terms of insults, I remember using the word chav (in current meaning) in 1987. It's definitely not a recent invention.
The phrase "hairy bazooka" didn't seem to catch on, despite being very funny indeed.
