I imagine that the not visible parts of the loo brush are indeed chocolate brown.

Sydney estate agents have been using models to promote a desirable lifestyle for houses they're trying to flog. It's probably a way for them to justify their inflated commissions at the tail-end of a property bubble.

This house is a relative bargain at $1 million (about £570K). However, the models look more like something out of The Shining...
Or The Ring. If they have a video of it on that website there's no way I'm watching it.

That is...amazing. You know what they say about the dead for neighbours. The A4 and District line, maybe not so quiet

I love the way the house with the jungle gym in it is in Zooplas most clicked on properties for May.

That must be PHs that got it to number 7 surely?

I agree it's the most clicked because it's been posted in worst properties threads and people can't believe the tackiness, tarmac or romper room, not just on here though smile

It seems odd that someone would spend all that money building an underground car park next to a train tunnel under a very odd bungalow in a part of London where zombies genuinely exist.

It is some years since I drove through the remote settlements of Barons Court so I’m guessing it is now called West West Kensington and a highly desirable lifestyle destination?

So that's about 20 cans a day, I wonder what he died of?

And there's about £750 worth of aluminium on that house, won't be long before it's liberated.

Wonder why they're knocking those houses down, look like pretty sturdy semis. The cynic in me says that they can fit in twice as many new build shoeboxes on tiny plots in the space.

Google streetview has images going back to 2009 - the beer house and it's neighbour looks reasonable, but the houses around it are well past it - https://goo.gl/maps/CMho1XejP1H2

Interesting to scroll through and see most of the houses suddenly vanish around 2015.

Interesting one this. I quite like it, but did they run out of ladder whilst painting the front? Why is the rear painted all the way up to the roof? Graveyard next door too..
