C63 AMG Coupe Delivery Times

Hi,

Does anybody know what the current delivery times are on the C63 Coupes? I am hearing different things and would like a rough idea before I go have a chat with a dealer.

Also what is MB's stance on discounts, I know the past 2 new cars bought in my family have been been heavily discounted.

I just bought a customer spec. I got a delivery time of early April. I got 3% off list.

I have been offered just over 4% discount and delivery as soon as January, seems like the deal is ok then.

Count yourself lucky. I was talking to a garage in Germany and was told the quickest possible delivery was 4 months if I was lucky. Anything designo (it could even be a tiny piece of trim) would be at least 6 months!

That is admittedly a cancellation but still available. I want the car for March and have been told no problem.

As we are in to sharing - can I have shares in the C63 coupe - don't mind waiting for designo.

My first car was a W124. I'm just looking around for a good deal at the moment but I'll email you if I plump for the Merc. I'll need help with the fuel bills!

They had a couple of cars available in the next month but they were silly specs - either Performance pack and no differential, or the other way round. I bought a c63 saloon previously at 3% discount. Seems to be their magical number when it comes to cash sales.

I have ordered one to a custom specification, and it included an AMG Performance suspension kit that apparently puts the same suspension on the c63 coupe as the black edition. The dealer had to confirm with the factory this was the case, as originally I assumed it was a system error. Should be interesting!

that would be surprising .. Black Series has much wider track front and rear, and adjustable coil over dampers.

Was at Merc-B-World in Brooklands today and they said 4-6 months build time for a brand new one built to your spec.

Being impatient and tight, I'd probably get one of the well spec'd demo's with 1000k on the clock.

What spec have you gone for?

Calcite white, matt black wheels (no silver lip), black leather, interior carbon pack, exterior
carbon pack and then bits like rear view camera etc.
