If you've booked in for any sort of work, PGB would usually write or call you to ask for feedback afterwards. I often give them 'feedback' resulting in some sort of apology and cash discount on my next purchase (and on it goes....). phone

My guess is...

He bought a Boxster in September.. http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

and, having owned it for 3 months, put it in for an inspection and warranty http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

and then something went wrong... Car fell off ramp? Engine is knackered and its done less than 10,000 miles and Porsche don't want to know? Something like that... hope we get to hear the real story.

Emails are on the link above, I'm sure you just send it to Customer Service or I guess you could phone them and request a copy of their complaints procedure (which I'm sure they have and would be obliged to give to you).

Anyhow, I'm intrigued now as to what the problem was??? If you don't tell us, we will start making up all sorts of ridiculous things ha ha.. smile

Maybe it's my overactive imagination, but when there was no reply to your speculation Diesel, I started to think of much more elaborate reasons that would require a complaint to the top smile

Was saying in jest, but VW structure, systems, processes being implemented with view of becoming mass market volume manufacturer. Hence lots of staff changing at Porsche owned dealers.

customer.assistance@porsche.co.uk has worked in past

Well we think that OP bought a Boxter and also put it in for a 111 point check.
We also know that OP considers the local Porsche garage to be stupid.

So I'm assuming the chap at the garage is innumerate and instead of doing a 111 point check, actually did a 1 point check.
i.e. wheels? check!
Then OP drove home, the steering wheel came off in his hands and the engine fell out smile

If u end up calling Porsche and complaining about the way u have been treated what realistically do they do about it?? I've been let down twice by an OPC now and 2 friends keep telling me to call Porsche

Good luck if you do get through - in my experience you are far more likley to get satisfactory resolution from your OPC than from PCGB. Indeed, my dealer ended up lobbying PCGB on my behalf over a dispute involving a new engine. PCGB customer service were complete tw%ts and very uncaring (depsite it being my 10th Porsche and a year old car).
Moral of the story : don't give up on the dealer yet. One more try?
