What's another name for this? (Hanger bolt)

I'm trying to source some of these:



I know them as hanger bolts, but am struggling to find a supplier for them in this country. They do seem to be used in solar panel installations in the UK, but they all seem too large for my purposes at either 20cm or 30cm long, and they come with a sealing washer, which I don't need. I probably need something like 15cm, and in an ideal world would have a shorter screw section and a longer threaded section.

Are they known by another name, or can someone suggest a supplier please?

Have a look at basin fixing bolts as well. They are typically M10 and either 120mm or 140mm

Readily available, they typically come in kits like this
