Audi Complaint
Discussion
Hey guys, anyone know how to make a complaint to Audi UK? Name / Email address of somebody senior?
I don't want to go into detail in public about the problem yet. If I do decide to put mu story out there it will be VERY visible, I'm in a senior position at a large digital marketing company.
Before I do anything that would give Audi a reputation management issue I'd like to give them the opportunity to fix it.

If you're a powerfully built company director you'll fit in fine here... (its a running joke on this site, www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&t=10... ).The man you want is martin.sander@audi.co.uk MD of Audi UK.

Surely a man as clever as you would know how to achieve your objective! I don't want to go into detail in public about the problem yet. If I do decide to put mu story out there it will be VERY visible, I'm in a senior position at a large digital marketing company.

This being one of them! There's more than one way to get things done. Audi have loads of people with Job-titles that imply they might be the right person. I have a short-list of possible candidates. Generally with things like this, when you investigate the arrows start to point in one direction. Re Audi stereotype: I'm probably younger than the average A4 driver, I also don't wear a suit to work. As for the beer belly well maybe a bit!

Being in a senior position in a digital marketing company may get you a little further than I did with Audi UK. I suppose I got nowhere at all with Audi over my complaint as I am a lowly accountant in a FTSE 100 firm, but hey never mind. Best of luck my friend.
Put it this way, if I don't get very far then when a potential customer types "Audi" into their favourite search engine then the first page results will be dominated by my story. But before I do any of that it's polite to give Audi UK the opportunity to fix it.

Maybe there's a special S4 group - a friend has one and Audi do seem to have bent over backwards to keep him happy. Other reports I've heard have not been anything like as positive.
Funnily enough, age has a fair bit to do with it.They tend to 'look after' younger owners slightly better as they see them as repeat customers.
When i had issues with my S4 they were very helpful, to the point of a new gearbox on extended warranty.

Really? If that's the case, please explain how the simple act of visiting Google and typing in "Audi UK MD" or similar eluded you completely?
Stop puffing up your chest and get on with it. Or just go away.

But then being a VERY SENIOR person at a DIGITAL MARKETING company, I'd expect you could have gone on Audi's website, clicked "About Audi", then "Customer Services" yourself.
