Just finished building this..
transplanted a Peugeot 406 coupe v6 running gear into my C4

All the white bits are going (these were done by previous owner, even the bonnet was white!!)

Go reasonably well
it an engine out of one of the c2's i done which was r/r at 224bhp and 119lbs
not really got a build log as such, took me a week and a bit to build.
parts put into the build are
engine
gearbox
engine loom
ecu
radiator
shafts
brakes
exhaust
and custom mounts then the hard part was working the wiring of the engine into the c4 system

Good effort, expect it sounds rather fruity.
Is that torque a mis quote as 119lbs seems a little low?!

Are you planning to do any more work to improve the power output?

Another tidy conversion. I've seen the twin V6'd C2 up close and the red C2 GT that he's converted to V6 power also. The workmanship really is top notch.

Sorry to bump this up, I've just stumbled upon this topic.

I was intending on doing this with my 307, but had to leave it due to no-one wanting
to touch the wiring side of things and I want the car to feel and function 100% OEM.

Can you please tell me how did you achieve wiring it all up to the multiplexed system?

Thanks, Nikica.

Hi Gary.

I have s24maf citroen c4 v6 now. I ve just changed gearbox and clutch due to gearbox mount snapping.
Have put it all back together. Engine starts no problem. It won t rev at all.I ve changed throttle potentiometer and when it starts the butterfly in throttle body opens and closes once.
I ve traced all the wires back to engine ecu and there are no breaks.
Sorry to bother you but, do you have any ideas?
Cheers
Paul

Hi did you sort this??
Try all the earths to the ecu. I'll try did my diagrams out and see what could be failing. Usually can only be earths.wire fault. Potentiometer or ecu.
