This was all revealed in the EVO Zonda video last week, which seems to be where the metro have got their story from.

Lovely car.

Guess Lewis paid bugger all. Metro says he drives for " rival" McLaren. And for Mercedes. Who supply Pagani.

Bonus payment? Marketing puff?

Nice car. Crap reporting.

you wouldn't pick a car because of its name?

Pagani could rename the Zonda to iBlowgoats and I would still happily drive one biggrin

You asked why it isn't selling. I offered a whimsical reason. I said nothing about what I would or wouldn't buy. Just to clarify...

It seams to be selling very well, they have 80 orders of a 250 run with out the press getting hold of a single car, pretty impressive for a 900k car knocked up in a shed

I thought they had only delivered one customer car or similar so far.
Think once autocar and co get hold of one and it's been on top gear sideways the love will soon follow.

Wee bit offtopic, but someone keep me right on something here. Did Ron Dennis change the goalposts a bit with his promise to LH regarding the gift of an F1? I could be wrong, but I think I remember reading that LH would get the F1 when he won his first world championship, but then when he achieved this very quickly, 'one world championship' seemed to become three? So am I wrong or did Ron change the parameters of the challenge? Does he not want to give up his precious car too easily?

My understanding was that from day one it was always three world championships. I remember seeing Lewis quote this somewhere a couple of years ago

One/two cars have been delivered and as has been quoted over 80 cars have been ordered. If you get a view of the factory at present you can see another couple in build.

Now if you listened to Harry Metcalf’s review on the 760RS you will hear him say that he has already driven the Huayra. This is interesting because up to this point the belief was that no one outside of the factory had driven one yet. But when you consider Harry's relationship with the factory I don’t suppose we should be surprised. It just appears the factory has stipulated that nothing be published yet. Harry is also quoted as saying the review will be coming soon, so watch this space

Can't believe the new owner let Harry drive it first. Great video.
