Do Police speed guns take photos?

As in title, do these guns take photos or just regulate speed so the officers can determine whether to pull or not?

I think different forces have different types.

Regulate speed?? How can they regulate speed? They may record the speed.

Pictures - if hand held, almost certainly not; if tripod mounted, possibly.
