This months theme is Hair.
This is the Entries thread, no chat just your pictures please.
Monthly Photography Competition Rules
The photos taken must be your own work
The competition will run from the first to the last day of the month.
The winner from the previous month decides on the topic for following month and judges it at the end of the month
There will be two threads that need starting: The Entries thread to commence same time as Discussion thread. In the Entries thread only one picture should be entered. # Any others you wish to discuss should be posted in the Discussion thread.
All entrants acknowledge that they may indeed win and that their adherence to convention ensures everyone else's continued fun.
Photos entered should be no bigger than 750 pixels wide for a landscape photo and 600 pixels high for a portrait photo due to the PH squash factor. Links to larger versions are permissible.

A shot from the Kyoto Comb Festival ... This is a festival of the appreciation for people's favorite combs. At 1:00 in the afternoon a procession of women wearing traditional hairstyles from ancient to modern times proceeds down Higashi-oji-dori to Kushizuka Tomb in the shrine precincts, where they dedicate old combs

Sorry for my tardiness folks. I've been off the grid for the last few days.
Hair obviously not a popular subject
Never mind. Hair today and gone tomorrow...
And the winner is.............
B16 RTT, (though there is a small sudge at the top left hand corner of the image that needs to be removed!!!)
