Just thought id put up a few pics and info. Had my S13 200sx since i was 19 which is almost 12 years ago now! redface In that time its gone from completely standard to how it is now and about 5 different engines / gearboxes / sets of wheels etc. inbetween!

Solely used at weekends and trackdays, doesnt get as much use as id like anymore.

From 11 years ago. First airfield day!

Current state is a rebuilt RB25DET motor and running gear. Recently tuned by Abbey Motorsport,
making 390hp@ the wheels (so around 430-440 at the flywheel), 306ft/lbs torque at just 1.1 bar boost. Have a bit of a problem with boost creep from the GT3040R turbo so cant put any more boost through it at the moment until i solve the problem. Still, weighing in at about 1250kg it is pretty rapid how it is! biggrin

That looks lovely!

Always had a soft spot for the 180/200 sx style nissans.

I think I would have to shoot the cat though...

Yeah, got fed up of that primarily because a Mercedes dealer sees the badge and slaps 30% on any quote. Still not sure what to replace it with so bought the most interesting car under £1k at the time... so bumming around in a Golf Cabriolet! I shouldn't have sold the TVR, really!

I think its utterly brilliant you've kept the car for so long and it looks to be a far better can than it was 12 years ago!

I love the styling in particular, whilst the engine is impressive the styling looks quite unique and the car looks great!

The Kouki bits make these cars to be honest. How many CA's did you go through?

Lovely car, makes me miss mine

Cheers guys, I really can't see myself ever selling it.. It's kind of like a part of me now that I've had it so long.
Went through 3 CA engines b4 I swapped to RB. Oh and 4 gearboxes too! Blew 2 of them on the road, 2nd gear full boost then bang, no drive!
The CA is a great engine but I always wanted more mid range / low down power as well as the noise of the 6 cylinder RB. smile
