Just seen this.

AFAIK the Wynyard Co. is some traders without premises. Read that as you will.

all of the photos 'were' taken in front of one of the Wynyard Estate Houses, and now look to be off of the drive on the same house. (at the top of the 9th Fairway / Green of the Golf course I believe.)
I can not comment much more tbh
The website says they have a place on Preston Farm now. smile

The cars are supplied and funded by a trader on preston farm, the person at wynward was (not sure if still is) acting as the sales front for the supplied cars.

Looks a bit dodgy then? I'm in London, the car they have is still under manufacturers warranty for a year... I basically have little comeback against them if there's an issue .... Would you?

What issue would they deal with if the cars under warranty?

If its got FSH and it can be proven I dont see a problem, the 3rd party company will only point you to the manufacturer anyways.

True. I'd be happier buying a 911 still in the OPC warranty scheme than one that a dealer only needs to stand by for 3 months legally.

What do OPC give as a used car warranty? If its no more than a year then no benefit, just paying a fortune extra for one of their mechanics to kick the tyres and stamp an inspection pad.

Its similar to the Bmw Auc scheme but two years, the car in question has the warranty for 13 months and if you get the car serviced by porsche you can extend the warranty. http://www.porsche.com/uk/approvedused/porscheappr...

Good Morning,

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Greg Ramsey and I am one of the directors of Wynyard Motor Company.
Wynyard Motor Company is an established professional business which operated from a premise - Unit 4, Clayton Court, Bowesfield Crescent, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3QX.

The cars are not funded by a trader on Preston Farm nor is the "person" at Wynyard a sales front.
We established the business originally from Wynyard, originally from one of the directors homes. Since then, the company has developed and forced Wynyard Motor Company to expand to a larger premise.

Regards to the Porsche 911 in question, the vehicle was a very clean example with a Porsche Warranty.

Please look on the Sold Cars sections, perhaps before making statements of "dodgy" you can see, we are a very established business, who in fact makes maximum effort to buy, sell and present only the best quality cars for money for you, the customer.

If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact me at the garage, I would gladly clarify any questions.

Greg

Not what I was told by someone in the trade, if ive been told wrong no probs but I had no reason to disbelieve the person in question.
