Sick of having to take loads of crap on and off to do the clutch fluid, i have changed the master cylinder to a remote version, and used a GSXR? remote res.

It was just a case of unbolting the original master cylinder, mine had just failed and this mod was on the to do list, so perfect timing.

Buy this, i bought mine from Mardi Gras Motorsport in Silverstone, i had to drop some pads off, so saved carriage and a little mates rates! smile

You will need pipe that is suitable for brake fluid also.

You will need to remove the panel on the scuttle, and then the cover that looks like a knee protector, might be siliconed down.

Two bolts (13mm) to undo and one clevis pin, you will need another body as the bolts are not captive, so one spanner in the engine bay and a socket and extension to clear clutch pedal in the footwell.

I had to get a pipe made up that handles the pressure side from the master cylinder to the block that all the hydraulic pipes go to, as the original copper pipe does not fit into the top of the new master cylinder.
Thanks Craig at Dyno Torque for that one!
I had to put a copper washer on top of the ally block as the fitting did not bottom out on the taper.
You will need a fitting to go on the low pressure inlet side, so the pipe can be pushed on.

I made a bracket that bolted under the bonnet stay anchor, and a 14mm hole was required for the grommet, as said any old reservoir will work. Must get a non rusty screw.
The cover is now Tiger sealed down, so cant take any pictures.
