Anyone had dealings with complaining to Porsche about a vehicle they've had trouble with?
How effective/ successful is it?
Cheers in advance for feedback

Ok. I have previously contacted UK HQ but it seemed no more than them acting as an intermediary and I ended up taking over. Is there a higher route to take IE Stuttgart maybe if necessary?

I don't have personal experience but I do have a good friend who had out of warranty engine problems who complained and got nowhere. Do you have legal expenses insurance as part of your motor or household insurance? That may be a better route. Good luck.

Strength in numbers, what you need is some other people with the same problem to complain to Porsche.

How about your mates Sp5 & berty37?

I can help, Porsche do not acept complaints so don't bother trying. They do have a sales department should you wish to start again and buy new cool

Customer service from Porsche is virtually non existent - the dealer is your best bet to resolve an issue. If you need Porsche to lean on your dealer then I wish you luck. The engine in my wife's new 997 let go at 7500 miles and Porsche were a bloody nightmare and refused to fund new engine despite my dealer's protestations - in the end the dealer stumped up the extra to go from rebuild to new engine. That was my 10th Porsche and I vowed never to buy another new one - I now run a 1970 911s.
Here's hoping you fare better.
