Is Paul Jepson still about re: kit car registration?

Apparently he was ex DVLA and provided a service helping correct registration of kit cars. He had a website Kit Car reg but it's now dead. Does he still do this stuff and anyone have current contact?
Wanted some advice re: a car that was built and used/MOTd pre SVA but not corrected during amnesty and thus still on donor V5 details. Manufacturer went out of business pre SVA (I think).
