Forgive me if I seem dumb but I want to contact Plusnet.

The choice is either 'Jess', a pretty face stuck onto the front of a list of FAQs, or a 30 minute wait on the phone due to 'adverse weather'.

How/where do I raise a support ticket please?

Agreed - it's a maze trying to raise a ticket on there.

Thanks all, I will have another go when I have built up sufficient mental energy again.

Clearly they have hidden the support ticket part to stop people raising support tickets.

It's infuriating - you see all the happy ads with the friendly Yorkshireman, but underneath - they're just like all the rest.

Raise the support ticket if you can, but go onto the "community forums" and have a bh - someone will pick it up faster and IME you'll get someone more knowledgeable looking at it too.

Thanks to Surveyor - had a direct reply from Jamie Ford, and 20 minutes later one from a complaints supervisor.

I do like a surgical strike - I make the bullet and PH tells me where to fire it biggrin
