Thinking of taking the plunge and going from 14's to 13's in 6" & 8" widths but still in a "minilite" style to keep the classic look. Hence, what offsets should I be looking at for a S3 chassis?

Hi
I've got 7"ET 24 offset on the rear of my superlight - if you find a supplier let me know - mine are looking less than perfect - but so far I haven't been able to track a supplier down...

Fronts should be ET24 (6"). Mine are 6" all round so I'm not sure what the rear should be in an 8".

Thanks to advice so far. However I think what I need to know is the offset of the Superlight or MB wheels as a comparison. Found several "minilite" style possibilities but it's all dependent on the offset. I think.

On my 1992 S3 DeDion I got Compomotive front CXR-1365 13x6,5 ET23, Rear CXR-1381 13x8 ET20.
Later I added 6 mm spacer to the rear (what gives finally ET14) what looks perfect in the arches and didn't touch anything. Tyres are CR500 175/55 and 205/55.

Cheers Volker
