was watching ch4 show ' POSH PAWN' last night and they showed a yellow Gallardo which had been pawned . This and a load of other high end cars were wearing PRINDIVILLE reg. plates and were being stored in a multi-storey car park full of graffiti ! I see they advertise on this site - do they sell on pawned cars mainly ? strange set up and some strange stock on their site.

I have heard of them before and it seems that Posh Pawn owner James uses them as his guide to supercar market values.

I also remember seeing a Murcie advertised with some mods called a Prindiville Edition or something similar, other than that unfortunately I do not know anything about them.

Saw the how, that red 458 Spider looked gorgeous, bit of an odd setup though...

On one of the episodes a chap bought in his Ferrari 458 for a valuation, left it with them and they showed the Pawn guy and Prindiprick guy testing the car out, driving fast, scaring pedestrians, revving it unduly and generally acting like idiots with a customers car.... nice....

Good point, if that was my car I'd be a bit miffed, I had to laugh when the tramp said why don't you get a decent car like a Lamborghini mate.

I've seen a couple of episodes and live in the local area

IMO the entire program is fake and is just used for free publicity

Agreed. It's television, and they're telling a story. "Don't ruin a good story by considering whether it's true or not!"

Looking at the Prindiville website, they have stock including: SLS, several Enzos, several 458s, several F12s, Murcies, lots of Bentleys etc and they do Prindiville mods (eg they have a 458 Prindiville Edition).

They don't seem to have an address on the site (apart from an EC4 "mailing address" whatever that is) and say their storage facility is in NW8.

I don't really understand why companies don't just put their name, address, details, names of the people at the company and open their doors and let people come and see. It just comes across as odd - you can't see the identity of the cars on the website, really, you don't know quite where the company is or who they are.

What does anyone else think?

Quite often it's because they are a one man band and tend to have the cars in secure storage so all viewings are done on an appointment basis.

They may not want to be tied to the premises every day all day.

He does operate out of a secure car storage unit, I believe most of his stock is on SOR.
