Does anyone have a contact for customer services at Porscheshop, or someone senior there?
I ordered a carbon fibre centre console lid from there on 30 March, and it was so badly made that it didn't even line up with the screw holes. I sent it back (having to pay postage myself), and it was received 09 May. I received an email from Adam Moran (head of sales) saying that they could see what I meant regarding it not fitting, and that my refund would be processed. Despite being assured on two further occasions that my refund had been processed, I still haven't received said refund.
I'm now getting no response from any enquiries via the sales channels, but can't seem to find any contact for customer services on the site.
Given that it's now over six weeks since they received the faulty product back, I'm getting pretty fed up with being lied to and ignored, so would like to escalate the issue but don't know who to contact.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't help sorry but you should have done a search as they're well known on here for pretty shoddy service.
I know that doesn't help you now. I think there are 2 main guys that run it so if you aren't getting a response from them you may need to contact trading standards. I'd write a letter or email giving them 7 days to respond to you or you'll go down that route.

Thanks for the info. It's the first time I've ever used them, and definitely the last now. I figured that there couldn't be much wrong with a glove box lid - how wrong I was. I guess there's a reason why DB Carbon stuff is so much more expensive - you live and learn...I know that doesn't help you now. Doesn't help you much but unfortunately I've had a very similar experience with them recently as well.
I ended up cutting my losses in the end as I lost all patience trying to chase and get things sorted.
Customer service is non existent from these guys and I was repeatedly fobbed off that the part I bought was 'new' when it was very clear that it was in fact a used part (easily spotted when I sanded through the top layer of primer to find speed yellow paint underneath as well as repaired holes from previous fixings for number plates)
If you are not having any luck with them your best bet is to progress via your credit card provider, they are obligated to you and will be able to refund you if you are having no luck with Porscheshop.

Don't bother with claims, your card company are jointly liable, it's very easy and quick to do a chargeback claim so long as within 6 months. Your cc company will refund you and deduct it from their current transaction funds. Enough chargeback claims and their bank will review their risk and eventually remove their merchant ID so they will lose all credit facilities. It's a nightmare trying to get another from another provider. That's how to hit them
The worst I had from them was buying a tailored fit 993 outdoor car cover for over £150. What turned up was a universal car cover still with the price tag of £18.99 on the box. When I phoned up to complain they coukdnt understand my displeasure but said post it back for a refund. 3 years later I'm still waiting. Scumbags from my experience. Their piss taking reaches new heights.

They also sell a windscreen washer pump for £40 that you can get direct from OPC for £8.99, but they are not the only independent parts seller performing the same rip off game.Same for the handbrake button, about £15 vs £4 from OPC.
Given there seem to be quite a few of us on here who have experienced issues with PorscheShop is there anything we can collectively do?
There seem to be a few of us who are still owed refunds which combined would probably run into the £thousands.
I'm personally not that fussed about the money as I've personally 'written it off' and put it down to experience, but I do have an issue out of principle and would happily donate any refunded cash to charity.
