So then mods, why do you still continue to close off the odd spurious thread that links to a youtube vid.

The example is:
http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

I would have missed this in the youtube thread as I've no interest in going in there on the off chance that there's something worth seeing. I quite enjoyed the vids in the above thread as the title gave me a clue as to what it might be. Not so in the youtube thread.

So do the decent thing, and create a youtube forum where people can post individual threads. Otherwise, as said, why not create a Daily Mail thread for all the Daily Mail links. And close all the other Daily Mail threads that link to the DM.

It honestly it is the most anjoying thing about PH when jobs-worth mods close a decent thread with a youtube link.

Only in your eyes.

For the umpteenth time.

The members requested that we consolidate all the Youtube clips into one thread, so we did.
Why because the forums just keep getting littered up with odd clips that OP's can't even be arsed to comment on when they post or tell other members what to expect.

OK not a big problem, BUT it is if your boss walks around the corner when you are viewing one that say isn't to healthy (so to speak) or has content you wished to hadn't viewed at work and been caught doing so.

It ain't gonna change so you'd just better except it.

HTH.
