Designing Engine Mounts

Hi all, I need to source some engine mounts for my track/race car but don't really want to pay a couple of hundred £ to vibratechnics for one of their kits designed for my car (Ford Fiesta). I've seen some of the Caterham/kit car guys run what looks to be universal engine mounts which consist of a symmetrical 2 bolt mount with a concentric rubber mount in the middle. I was thinking about CAD'ing up a simple billet aluminium mounting plate to which one of these kit car ones mounts to but I can't seem to find them available for sale except through Caterham's website, which I'm sure has a nice little mark up on it. I'm also guessing these Caterham mounts are a little softer than what I need as they are a road car so if anyone knows of any with a range of shore-hardness ratings that would be ideal?

Which basically consist of some metal, and the rubber/metal part looks like a leaf spring bush which you press into an outer sleeve

If you search egay for leaf spring bushes, you'll find a variety of shapes and sizes you could then sleeve for a mount.

Or just bolt it in solid

The mounts for my car cost me all of about £10 and I even used CDS, which is overkill. Can't remember what Ebay term I used for the bushes though.
