Anyone got an email address for Virgin CEO?

I've had a row today with a pig ignorant Virgin installation contractor who I caught verbally abusing an old lady, I've got his vehicle reg and the address it happened at and I want to report him. Doing this through the Virgin telephone system is impossible, just a constant merry go round of asking me for my virgin number (which I don't have) and then starting the options again. I eventually phoned sales and of course got straight through to a human being who then transferred me straight back to the effing machine line again.

Does anyone have an email address of somebody high enough up in the organisation to do anything about this that I can reach?

This works! Twitter is insanely powerful.

I took to it against BT when they messed me around for a few months without service (but kindly took my money). One tirade on Twitter and I had a number to a UK call centre and an engineer appointment booked for the coming Saturday (weekend appointments were previously 'nearly impossible' to get).

I did it with EE and my other half did it with Toyota. Instant response and a quicker resolution than other contact methods.
