It is DA's car, that is his website and while it WAS for sale I'm pretty sure he's now withdrawn it.
While it's correct they struggled with the supercharger the original customer had paid for the car and was awaiting its imminent delivery when Smolenski decided he wasn't going to sell it to him and kept it..... I believe he did get a refund but was more upset at not receiving the car.
