Hello what do you guys think is the most modern looking car from the 90's.
i mean in terms of look like a car we would see today, mainly curved and good build quality?

Personally i would say,

1992 Porsche boxster Concept, i mean despite the awful wheels, it pretty much looks like a decent car from the early 90's

what do you say?

The Audi A2 was produced for a month or so in the 90s. They still look like something Audi would produce today.

What's wrong with the wheels?

Don't look right do they? (plus the bum puts me in mind of the nose of the Barchetta). I'd second the A2, there was a flurry of them around my way not so long ago though they seem to disappeared, they as said still look like a contemporary design... Mind you that may have more to do with the way Audi have evolved their design language over the intervening years.

Audi TT

406 Coupe (too pretty for today).

Focus still looks great, but Ford leaving their New Edge design language behind means it's starting to date.

Volvo S80 or S40?

Boxter still clean, simple and attractive, thus not dated. a little " push me pull you" but still elegant. Thus MR 2 as a not quite copy must rank fairly high , without oil seal leaks, too

There's probably nothing wrong with them in function, they just look crap.

I am seeing a lot of Audi a2's. They do look modern, however not with those lights. maybe if audi styled up the lights it might do.
And the tt is the same story.
how about the pagani zonda? anyone think? for a fact i know it looks more modern than cars build today such as the dacio sandero and noble m600

I agree that the Boxster looks more current than any other car of the '90s

It's minimalist but it looks entirely like it's completely rooted in the 1990s and can't leave. 1990s friendly and organic shapes.

The wheels give that less modern look, not saying is wrong with them, but not really sport i am afraid.

True but compare it to the lovely boxster, which is one year older and then id have to say its looks a bit dated, although the rx7 is still a great car. Those pop head lights are great n all, but aint modern.

nice choice though ; )

I think the designs that hark back to a more classic era tend to look the most modern when looking back 20 years.

Things like the Jag XK100...
