Can anyone confirm if the Yoga 3 Pro supports WiDi / Miracast? I've Googled it to death and I'm none the wiser.

Thanks.

Can't see any reason why it wouldn't. Support for it is pretty much ubiquitous in Windows 10 devices, so long as they can handle h.264 hardware encode.

I would assume so, too, but there are anecdotal reports of it not working. There are a lot of moving parts in getting WiDi working behind the scenes. My current laptop runs Win10, but doesn't support WiDi, for example.

What is your current laptop? I've seen some low-end and older stuff which doesn't, but pretty much anything 4th gen Core and newer should.

I have a fairly recent Lenovo 710s that is supposed to support Miracast - but I could never get it to connect to my TV - so I wouldn't bank on it even if they say it will work.
