I am planning to visit the U.K. From across the pond the first week of May. Does anyone have a connection that can help me get a tour of the factory in Gaydon? I currently own a '11 V8 Vantage Roadster.

If you ring AML direct ( customer services ) they will be able to advise you on available dates to suit your diary.

Enjoy. Its fascinating in there.

A 2011 Roadster you say......I don't think they will let you. 2010 and 12's seem to get a golden pass but 11's they look at you with disgust send you off to the F-Type factory down the road.

Re The Aston Martin Factory Tour. This is my current experience.
As my boyfriend owns an Aston Martin V8 Vantage, I wanted vouchers for the tour as a surprise present for his 60th Birthday on 29th April.
8 emails, 7 phone calls, 2 left messages and 1 voicemail later and I still haven’t received the vouchers. I paid £350 on 18th April and I explained that we were going on holiday on 26th and needed them as his surprise present. I received a voicemail on 24th promising they would be in the post that day.
11 days later and still no vouchers!!!
Im very disappointed

That's shocking customer service from Aston Martin and it's certainly not a cheap day. I hope Andy Palmer is made aware of your complaint and resolves this matter quickly
