Hi,

I'm trying to contact Brembo because I have problem with the fitting kit included with a set of pads I've bought.

There's no contact details on their website, only a contact form. I've filled it in and unsurprisingly haven't received a reply.

Does anyone have any contact details for their UK office please?

There is no such thing as Brembo UK, they don't have a UK office therefore no number, have you tried the people you ordered the pads from ?

When I was researching big brake kits, I tried to contact Brembo via their website and I received a response from a chap at this company: http://www.bremsentechnik.co.uk/index.html I'm not sure if they are the importers?

If you want a specific email address PM me and I'll send you the address of the bloke who responded. Generally I found it easier to contact UK companies such as AP Racing and Alcon. Not much use if you already have Brembos though!

There must be a UK distributor?

Brembo don't sell to the public (nor do many parts suppliers) so you would have to call one of their regional agents/dealers, who won't be keen on giving technical information, support or spending any time on parts that weren't bought from them.

On the other hand there are plenty of people here who have fitted big brake kits and refurbed callipers, so why not ask the question here? Im doing one on Friday and will be making the fitting kit.

A lot of the Chinese fake pads are stamped Brembo, I hope you haven't fallen foul of this!

<shrug> Why?

Why not just have a single EU distie?

As had been said, go back to the supplier.

Failing that go here, as suggested above:

The problem I've got is that the shims that clip into the reaction frames and guide the pads are 5mm too wide. As a result they aren't secured from moving laterally and will hit the discs as soon as the brake pedal is pressed.

I wanted to speak to Brembo to let them know this and find out why this is the case.

I'll contact the retailer.

I bought the pads (and discs too) from a reputable supplier. Not from the 'bay.
