What cars/vehicles are on your "bucket list" to own?

So, being realistic, what cars/vehicles do you hope to own at some point in your life? Having owned 16 vehicles in the last 18 years and most of those being vehicles that I actually wanted to own (205 GTi, E30 325i, Corrado VR6, Impreza WRX, Grand Cherokee, MINI Cooper etc), I think that these 13 vehicles should hopefully be achievable in the next 25 years or so before I retire!
1. VW Golf GTI/R mk7
Probably the most logical step up from my current MINI. Technically I once owned a Golf GTi but it was the worst one (mk4 2.0), so I don't really count it. A red, manual 3 door would work for me.
2. Audi RS4 Avant
Would love a B5 RS4 but more realistically, a B8/B9 RS4 would make a great family hauler. An S5 Coupe would also work for me as an alternative if I couldn't quite stretch to an RS4.
3. VW Amarok V6 TDI
Don't ask me why but I really fancy a black, crew cab, diesel 4x4 pickup, none more so than this one (although a Ford Ranger is a possible alternative).
4. Jeep Grand Cherokee
My 2001 WJ was a bit of a disaster for me but I really like the new ones...although I do still hanker after an old XJ Cherokee with the 4.0. My friend's dad had one when we were at school and that's what got me into Jeeps.
5. Range Rover
I've always fancied one but never been quite brave enough. Classics are cool but maybe an L322 would be the best value. I guess a Defender or Discovery might be a less risky way to scratch that Land Rover itch.
6. An Alfa Romeo
I've always had a love for the brand but never owned one. A Giulia Quadrifoglio would be amazing but I still hanker after a GTV V6 Cup or a 147/156 GTA too.
7. BMW M3/M4
Probably at current prices an E92, preferably a manual in Imola red but a few years down the road, an F82 could well be a possibility.
8. Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG
The NA 6.2 AMG V8 is one of the all time greats and this engine in the smallest car that it was available in would probably be my choice.
9. A proper V8 muscle car
Dodge Challenger R/T is probably my favourite but a Mustang GT or Camaro Z/28 would also do very nicely.
10. Porsche Boxster/Cayman S 981
With it's perfect blend of power, handling, looks and noise, I could well see possibly the last of the small, mid-engined Porsches with an NA Flat 6 and a manual transmission being a keeper.
11. Jaguar XJR (X308)
Still one of the most elegant saloon cars ever built and wouldn't look out of place parked in Casino Square even now. Definitely one to grow old gracefully in.
12. Mercedes-Benz SL
Another one to enjoy in my retirement is the Mercedes SL. Definitely the R230 was not the best-built or most reliable SL but in my opinion the best-looking. A dark blue SL350 with light interior would suffice...but a bigger-engined V8 or V12 R129 might still tempt me!
13. Aston Martin Vantage
Not the fastest, most modern or best handling but to me, the Vantage looks sensational, sounds amazing and has a strong emotional pull. My dream car since it came out and not crazy expensive yet. A V12 would be awesome but I would be more than happy with a V8 manual.
I left the Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Hurracan and original Honda NSX off the list because let's be honest, it's never going to happen!
So what cars/vehicles feature on your "bucket list" of vehicles to own in your lifetime?

Some nice cars mentioned already, but realistically I am never going to have the funds for something like a Koenigsegg, and I think the OP wants realistic bucket list. Assuming a max budget in line with previous purchases - let’s say £40k - then my list would include:
Caterham 7
Mini R53
Bentley of some sort (Continental GT / Flying Spur / Turbo R / Arnage are kind of affordable)
Aston of some sort (V8 Vantage / DB7 / DB9 are again kind of affordable)
There are some I have previously had which I might go back to (classic mini, Boxster/Cayman, X308 XJR).
A friend is now considering a 612 having missed the bottom of the 456 market, but I personally couldn’t justify spending that much on a car sadly.

- Citroen DS. One of the coolest cars of all time, timeless and graceful.
- Citroen 2cv. Have a soft spot for these, they look like too much fun.
- Citroen Traction 11B. Again, a soft spot for vintage wafting.

- Land Rover Defender. Been a few years since I sold my 90, do miss it.
- Range Rover Classic V8. I'll take it in green please.
That's about it from what I realistically can afford as toys. Otherwise I wouldn't mind a Peugeot 402 Eclipse or a '59 Cadillac, but I'll probably have run out of space by then. As daily cars, already got those sorted.

With the classic car 'bubble' I've found my bucket list change massively over the last couple of years. All the old barges and super saloons I wanted are now silly money and they are impossible for me to justify when newer stuff car offer so much more performance for similar money.
My realistic bucket list stands like this at the moment

- F10 M5 Manual
- C6 Z06/C7 Corvette
- Ultima GTR
- The mintiest black 'R' JZA70 MK3 Supra i can find.

I'm a fan of quick comfortable cruisers rather than cross country precision. Whilst I can see myself unfortunately staying with sensible stuff when my current lease ends in just under two years, there's definitely some things I'd definitely like to own, if even for a short while before realising how bad of an idea it is... (namely fuel economy!)
In no particular order
- Jaguar XK8 Coupe

- E39 535/540i - absolutely one of my favourite engine noises and one of the best looking saloons, already rising in price due to most sadly falling victim to rust
- W211 E500 - with a very comfy spec to just waft about in
- Cadillac CTS (first generation) - American tat with bad materials but I just love these despite most disagreeing
- Ford Maverick 3.0 (2nd generation) - see above, watching a lot of US police shows turned me on to ford/gm SUVs circa early 2000s and I'd like to have one (column shift, 4 gears sounds awful in theory) but not to the extent of something like a tahoe or suburban so this fills a nice niche for me.

I rented a Challenger R/T Hemi V8 in California last year, it was an absolute hoot, over 1800 miles we did in it. Not sure if it would work as well here in the U.K.....my bucket list has a Mustang GT on it which is arriving in 3 week .
I'd like an old Aston Martin Virage the V8 one without the pumped up bodykit of the later Vantage. They can still just about be found for £30k odd.
I'd also want a Late Daimler Super Eight, as it's the ultimate XJ but not as shouty as an XJR.
Alfa Romeo 166 3.2 V6 - but the chances of finding one are slim to nil..

Old Mercedes S-Class - 116/126 560 SEL as a town smoker..
Old-ish Porsche 911 ..to see what the fuss is all about. Not a huge Porsche fan, but appreciate it's one of best daily drivers cars.
