That’s a really handsome house (agree about the eaves - ours overhang too, but not as nicely as yours OP) and looks to be a fantastic quality job.

Has the Lexus gone or is that it’s replacement peaking out in the bottom photo?

How do you find the sloping ceilings in the bedroom and office, steep enough pitch to not be a hindrance?

Coming on nicely. Do you have light for the BBQ area? Trellis and plants ight make it quite dark.
