Now that I've got my GTR, it's time to tinker and make it my own.

For all the experienced owners or there, what's been your most cherished Ultima modification? From bolt on goodies to feats of engineering, let's see them smile

I just added a long description of my lift kit mod on that page. This is a mod I really believe in. Lee

I feel like I've seen a few Ultimas with the modified headlight bodywork. Is that all custom?

Lovely Paul and Graham. Always hugely admired both your interpretations of the Ultima.

A picture of the Microsteer system as installed in the GTR. The removable dashboard is out in this picture so it may cause some confusion. The surprise on this mod was you no longer need the first bearing nearest the steering wheel because the steering box acts as a support for the shaft. We cut off the tab with the bearing and replaced it with a tab with three holes to mount the box. I have great hopes that this mod will make the car even more user friendly in very slow speed conditions where the effort required for parking can be a bit much. Lee

Nice to know it fits before I order mine, How have you fixed the splined shaft to the output shaft and which steering wheel adapter fits the input spline.

Tim Microsteer offers a double female coupler. Steering shafts seem to be the only thing in industry that appears to be standardized.

This is a picture of the new oil cooler fan mounts. There is one of these on each side of the car. One for engine oil and one for the tranny. The mounts themselves were 3d printed. the body work above this, will have a rear facing set of fins for exhaust. there will be a rubber seal between the face of the fan and the body work
