A few years ago I ordered some old car pics from WEB FERRET photography. I cant seem to find him/them anywhere on the net ect. Does anyone have any info on them, did he sell up if so who to ?
Or can anyone recommend anyone with uk car racing pics from the 70s that they sell copies of ?

Ted Walker sold up a couple of years ago. I think the new owner is French, but have no idea whether the collection is available online.

I'd try the specialist motorsport history sites to see if they have any information.

Here's the Ferret website, there's a contact number at the bottom though, like others, I understand the archive has been sold - pity, I've bought loads from him:

If you want 1970s British Club racing https://www.mikehaywardcollection.com/ is good

Alamy, Rex Features and Getty have the big stuff and not always expensive. I have the contact for the new owners of Ferret. If you PM me I will forward your mail.

You could do worse than join Autosport's Nostalgia Forum. A mine of information - many of them would know Ted Walker personally.
