This might be a daft question but in the UK are these allowed i.e hold up in court?

A 'prenup' is a term which I think came from America and the agreement didn't used to be legal in UK (but I think is now) however in Scotland they are called a Minute of Agreement and once signed by both parties, they are legally binding
