Cars on your "bucket list" to own in the next 15-20 years...

I'm pleased to say that despite having a modest budget, I've been able to own a variety of different cars over the last 20 years. FWD/RWD/AWD, petrol/diesel, manual/automatic, NA/turbo, saloon/hatch/estate/coupe/convertible/MPV/SUV, 3/4/5/6 cylinders, 12 different manufacturers and 6 countries of origin, although I would have to admit that most of them have been fairly humdrum FWD, 4 cylinder vehicles.
I wouldn't say that I'm excited about EVs yet but I think that they will probably be pretty good long-term and there are at least a few now (Honda-e/iD.3) that I would consider owning but with 15-20 years of realistically being able to run an ICE vehicle as an everyday car left, what cars/types of cars are still on your "bucket list" to own?
I'm still not sure on 3 cylinder engines but there are a couple of 3 cylinder cars (Fiesta ST/Up GTi) that interest me.
4 cylinders mostly don't excite me but I still think the high-revving NA VTEC engines like the B18/K20/F20 in the DC2/EP3 Type-Rs and S2000 have the best induction noise of any 4 cylinder engine in the last 20 years, so I would definitely love to own one of those cars. I was foiled from owning a DC2/EP3 in my early 20s due to the steep cost of insurance and did own a 2013 Civic 1.8 with the R18 engine in my 30s and thought that might give me some of the VTEC experience but it was ultimately a very disappointing car.
I'm pretty partial to the warble of a 5 cylinder, even the old Beetle/Golf V5s sounded pretty good and the 5 cylinder that I owned was a Mercedes diesel, so that doesn't really count. Limited options though, either an older Volvo, mk2 Focus ST/RS (my best friend used to have one, fantastic engine) or a TT RS, as the RS3 doesn't appeal to me so much.
I've owned a straight six BMW in the past (E30 325i) but would love another. Possibly a 130i/M135i/M140i or one of the older S54-engined cars.
Not a huge fan of V6s but possibly something with a Busso V6 or a Giulia QV.
I love the sound of a Flat 6 Porsche and it may be sacrilege to say this but unless we're talking air-cooled, this side of a GT3, the Cayman has always appealed to me much more than the 911. I'd also love to tick the mid-engined box too, as I have never owned a mid-engined car. Either a 981 manual or a 718 GTS would do me nicely.
My experience with V8s have mostly been in American muscle cars and pickup trucks and to be honest, I generally find them a bit too "shouty" and the performance doesn't really justify the appalling fuel economy. I'm much more into a 5-pot/straight six/flat 6 for this reason. However, I will concede that the old V8V and the Maserati GranTurismo sound lovely and I would love to own a B8 RS4 or any Mercedes with the 6.2 NA V8 (M156?), probably a C63 saloon/estate.
We're into the realms of fantasy now but if my fortunes were to change drastically, the dream would be a NA V12 Ferrari or Aston Martin, with a manual DBS probably being my preferred option.
Other cars that I would really love to own long-term, not specifically for their engines would be a classic Mini Cooper (probably one of the later "Rover" cars), a classic Land Rover Defender and a Lancia Delta Integrale Evo. Having been desperately uncool when I was a kid, I would also love to own a modern Volvo, as although they're not that exciting from a mechanical perspective, I think that they currently make some of the most stylish cars inside and out on the road and would be really nice cars to live with on a day-to-day basis.
So what cars, either specific or general are on your "bucket list" to own in the next 15-20 years?

Two fantastic choices. Only the potential running costs put me off those two cars but for me, I think the 2000s was peak ICE car. More variety, still plenty of high performance NA options, V8s in 3-Series-size cars, V10s in 5-Series-size cars etc. I can't think of a modern turbo-engined car that I genuinely lust over.A GT3 and V12 Vantage. I have a need for some naturally aspirated nonsense before it all gets too expensive to go anywhere. I’m undecided on which GT3 to buy. The 991.1s are relatively cheap but have engine concerns, and the 991.2s are just out of my price range at the moment. I can see my next car being my bucket list keeper.

About 13 years ago, I tried to buy Matt Monroes light metalic blue 1969 G reg Mulliner Park Ward convertible ( Corniche name wasn’t adopted until circa 71, so Caines one is also an MPW convertible )
Carrera GT has been on it for the last 15 or so years and will remain on it until I get my hands on one. Then nothing for a long time.
A TVR (ideally a Sagaris, but a Cerbera would do nicely)
