BMW E60 2007 UNLOCKING ITSELF AND WINDOWS OPENING

I HAVE A BMW E60 2007, FOR SOME REASON IT KEEPS UNLOCKING ITSELF AND THE WINDOWS KEEP GOING DOWN. IT HAS A BRAND NEW BATTERY, ITS BEEN PUT ON THE DIAGNOSTICS AND NO FAULTS ARE SHOWN, ANY IDEAS OF THE CAUSE? I KNOW THAT I HAVENT PRESSED THE BUTTON BY ACCIDENT AS MY KEY IS LEFT HANGING UP, . THANKS FOR YOUR HELP AND ADVICE

Your remote is faulty. Has it been through the wash by mistake?

no it hasnt been in the wash or got wet

Lock it with the spare key. That’ll help isolate if it’s the key or the car.

Lock it via the lock on the drivers door using the key; see how that goes

Could be a failing battery/board in the key fob, could be a diversity antenna issue etc

Does your E60 have comfort access; that having issues can cause all sorts of wiredness?
