Head Office Details for Tag Heuer UK

One of my watches recently had one of the knobs sheer off in my hand when trying to adjust the date. I took it back to Goldsmiths who sent it back to Tag for repair under warranty. Tag came back and said it was damaged by misuse which is absolute rubbish and that I would have to pay £40 for a repair and another £120 to have it serviced. This is a watch that at the time was less than 6 months old!!! I told them to send it back me, and to add insult to injury had to pay £15 to have my broken watch returned to me (For the estimate apparently). No mention of this £15 on any of the paperwork but a friend was picking it up for me so he just paid it.

Anyway I've decided i'm not going to stand for this blatent attempt to con me out of my hard-earned money to rectify a manufacturing fault so I'm going to take them to the small claims court for the price of the repairs or a refund on the watch. So to end my long tale of woe, If anybody have the contact details for Tag in the UK i'd be most grateful.

PS: I've bought 6 tags, 5 of them from Goldsmiths in the last few years, which was made aware to all the parties involved, needless to say neither company will be seeing any of my business again.

This address is from the back of my Tag Heuer instruction book, not quite sure if it is the Head Office but they should be able to tell you.

I know you probably don't feel like it now, but why not contact TAG UK direct?
I'm sure if you address your concerns to the retail sales dirctor Rob Diver, you should get your watch corrected under warranty.
Unless you've damaged the watch, then this problem should be quite quickly resolved.
