Who is this regular paddock face?

have seen him in the paddock in various gp's but still yet to know who he is , he clearly wants to be noticed with his eccentric style of dress

this guy does my nut in, he's normally hanging around the ferrari motorhome (where he's a guest), with this flowery shirt (sometimes a rolling stones t-shirt, sometimes a white and red shirt), leather shorts, leather waistcoat with a cross on it, converse all stars (most races he wears the same stuff, tho i think once i saw him in jeans and flipflops - still with the leather waistcoat tho), he wears enough rings, bangles, necklaces etc to make mr t look quite normal - always loud and over the top buddy buddy with everyone.

i believe he's a representative of a jewelry maker, i can't remember the name but it has 'heart' in it somewhere.

edit: just found out, he's called moko and he works for chrome hearts jewelry.

Moko, he's from Senegal.

Wasn't difficult to find as it says Senegal on the Youtube link and combining that with F1 paddock in Google this was the first result - http://formula1.about.com/b/2007/04/07/fast-lane-i...

Why would Ferrari even want him to be a guest of theirs .

Mostly I see him sitting on the plant pots outside the entrance to the Ferrari motorhome joking around with that fat blonde bearded Ferrari engineer who's name escapes me....
