I have no links with Camskill, I just wanted to post and share the good service I have had from them. Ordered 4 tyres from them last Monday lunchtime, despatched that afternoon and delivered early afternoon next day. That's from Cumbria to the Isle of Wight and the delivery cost was £6.00. Kept me informed at every stage what was happening and the City Link guy was friendly and efficient and carried the tyres indoors for me.

Thought it would make a change commending good service rather than complaining about cowboys! smile

Do you seriously think that an item designed to pound tarmac for 20,000 miles carrying 1500kg of car could really by damaged by bouncing around in a van?

Good to know for when I need to change the boots, it's always a bit of a gamble getting stuff delivered to the Island.

They don't get put in boxes from the manufaturer to the tyre fitters anyway. Plus in the warehouses they dont carry them down from the top shelf they just throw them down and let them bounce.

Agree, always good for my Toyo 888s - however, their ordering system could be easier. smile

You're joking right?

You must be joking?

Never heard of Camskill but I am about to go and price-up some tyres for my S4, not many companies get a 100% +ive testimonial on a whole page of a PH forum.

I agree. They should encase them in rubber. Or something.

I get quite a lot of feedback on these companies and I've never heard a bad thing about camskill, and only the odd complaint about mytyres due to their returns process.

Agreed - used them a couple of times, specifically for Toyo R888 for the Exige - the price was SIGNIFICANTLY better than anywhere else I could find - sort of £40/tyre cheaper yes

Top blokes there too.
