Went last night ( shirt and tie ) seems everybody was pretty much shirt no tie, some in jeans and jumper.

Really nice and there are some absolute bargains as well, they are doing a three course dinner for £20 per head, we ended up spending £70 for 2 three course meals ( partridge is lovely lick ) and a bottle of pinot Blanc.

Dropped £20 on 2 cocktails at the bar before hand but inc the taxi home, £100 to eat in a restaurant like that of a night, all in, seem ridiculously cheap.

Ramsay is doing £15 for a two course lunch, got to give that a go.

It's not the place it used to be nowadays. No ladies walking around with cigrettes for after your meals for a start frown Toilets need a new lick of paint, menu not as good (can check it out online I think), bar area wasn't full. Food was ok, not great.

I went the other weekend - anything went dress code wise. I was in jeans and a jacket.

But considering the cost of the meal it surely beats a pizza express or cafe uno type place, much much nicer.

Don't get me wrong, last time i went I paid full wack and it cost nearly £170 for two, now for that money you want everything to be great but I would go back there of less than a ton, inc a couple of cocktails, any day.
