Renault 11 Turbo
Discussion
I drive an early 309SR - I found it on the offchance on eBay back in March, on the first occasion I looked there after fancying "a 309 and probably not a GTI due to cost" for a long time! It seems that most of the surviving 309s are GTIs...
You'll probably just have to wait until you find one - "when the time's right..." and all that
. Keep an eye on eBay, local free papers and also the "for sale" section of this site, I would suggest.

I have been onto them and have details on that 18 it is tempting.Hello ,
Greatings from Lithuania!
I got Renault 11 Turbo zender.
Here is some pics:
Exterior (not painted yet):

Everything was welded and made anti-bottom:

Interior (stock):

Interior ("race" edition
, got all stock parts if what... ):

Engine bay and interior painting:

Engine cleaning:

Engine bay now:
]

Some info about the car.
Full zender body kit , zender wheels , Garett T3 turbo from vw LT28 (a bit laggy) , rejetted carb (1.4 main , 0.9 air corrector), 63 mm custom one piece downpipe , full samco hoses kit in orange , FMIC ,custom 50 mm "bling bling" IC piping
,Setrab oil cooler with braided hoses ,Mantonni blow off valve , 76 mm Apexi air intake , heat wrap for exhaust manifold and downpipe , Sparco bucket seats, Sparco 4 point seat belts , OMP front strut brace , DIY rear strut brace , new fuel tank , new fuel lines , new brake calipers from Renault 21 , new brake lines / hoses , new radiator , water pump , oil catch tank , mbc (set on ~1.1 bar - AEI), k-tec gaskets set , new clutch kit , Bosch platin spark plugs and lot's of other things I've forgot
Everything what needs for that car is repainting the exterior (I'm planing to do that after about 1 month) and start spending money on bigger brakes and suspension upgrades.
Before starting the body works , the car was running ~1.1-1.2bar boost , tested with wideband , no dyno run yet, but it should be around 180-190 hp and lot's of torque. It is not hard to reach more power with that turbo , but my goal is not the power.
Also weight of the car is about 820 kg without driver now (stock car weights 905 kg).
If you need more pictures or something else - just ask me
Intrested?
Price...? em... Don't know really.. What would you offer?

21 Turbos were more popular than 11- and you don't see many of them about- so 11 Turbo means long wait
Happy to wait, Old memories die hard.Wouldn't want a 21.
Not had anything back on an 11 yet, will keep a watch out though.
The 21 doesn't do it for me, I will wait for an eleven.
There has to be some RHD left.
ETA another good reason.

Although 21 will be prob too bulky for many i suspect
Stick with it, theres still a few about, it's just a case of waiting for one to turn up. Obviously ebay is a good place to look - there have been a couple on there on the last six months that I've seen but also try Renault Turbo Owners Club and Renault Classic Car Club.
I decided I'd really like an R11 TXE Electronic last year. A bit of searching and I found one which now lives on my drive awaiting some attention! They are probably even rarer than the Turbo so it should be possible for you to find one given time.
