Emptying the paddling pool without flooding the lawn
Discussion
The boy has been in the paddling pool this afternoon. Tis now time to empty the pool. Advice please as I can only think of bucketing the water out then pulling the plug when there is not much left. I dont wish to flood the garden so pulling the plug to start with is a no go. Any other ideas from the fathers out there.

Just flood the lawn, if your lad isn't ending his paddling session by squashing down the side of the thing to let all the water out anyway there must be something wrong with him...
...or stabbing the base with an ActionMan baonet and doing the job for you
...THAT IS RIGHT!!!!!
I SET FIRE TO A PADDLING POOL FULL OF WATER!!!!!

Why not just let it all out onto the lawn? It's hardly like it's going to damage anything. I do this regularly and unless it's been raining constantly for the last month the lawn is always grateful.Gassing Station | Homes, Gardens and DIY | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
