Just bought a tomtom rider 2 having been told but the bike shop this would be fine. They now tell me it isnt and they cant fit the satnav with the ram mount provided. Very frustrating but they also expect me to find a bracket they can fit. Has anyone successfully done this? Thanks in advance.

Mate of mine has a '09 VFR & made a bracket to fit his TT Rider. I think it somehow attaches to the top yoke nut using the TT bracket???

Some VFR pics here, basically you need the parts to mount it to the fuel tank bolt as pictured, will work perfectly. Mate has VFR800 Vtec using this very type of mount.

So you use most of the kit provided in the TTR2 kit and purchase the other stuff you need. So the cradle/ram mount bracket then the arm from the kit, you just need to purchase a bolt down vertical ram mount ball which fits to the tank - simple.

I have TTR2 fitted to my blackbird, I got a custom headstock mount (not being able to use the VFR solution) made up off a guy advertising from the RAM Mount and blackbird site, works perfectly.
